tried to change the "incoming price" field manually, then by copying at the stage, then by using the procedure on click
as a result, it was not possible to edit the input price

Under the specified account, the incoming price is edited in the process https://box.dobroznak.com/admin/customorder/order/15998/edit/ (indicated 100 for the first product)
This is also in history https://box.dobroznak.com/admin/customorder/order/15998/history/
You are right, in manual mode, the input price is edited, which means that the action (copy the fields of the process products) does not work. To check the button "synchronize prices" (procedure). screenshots in attachment

I took several products from the table without an input price - and in them for the selected suppliers in the order - the prices in the product card are 0

Nothing to copy
We are trying to copy into the input price in the process. Because the cards "zero". Under each card there can be hundreds of one-time items with different input prices. I would not want to start a new card for each one-time product.

I don’t understand your scheme - I indicated above an example that there is nothing to copy - because the supplier’s price is 0
