Previously, this combination of settings worked without problems.
Please help - is there a bug or incorrect settings?
How to make the action work with an error of 1% or 0.1% for example?

The process value is taken in a currency (i.e. USD) and looks for a payment with the appropriate amount and currency.
You need to either make a payment in the same currency, or if the payment will be made only in the system currency, modify the setting in action to recalculate the process amount into the base currency and look for a payment (2 hours revision)
