Onebox stuck

Half of the processes do not work. Since yesterday I've been trying to get in touch with those. department to resolve the issue, so far without success. I'm willing to pay to solve the problem, but there is no feedback. I understand that I am a hostage of the situation and I can’t turn to anyone else, but here the work with clients is at a low level.
The Onebox program is very cool, but as for the service, even paid or free, there is a complete lack of constructs.
I paid three upgrades last month, none of them work.
