Good afternoon, there is a "Received" stage, there are different stages after this stage, but how do I go to the "Closed" stage N-days after moving to the "Received" stage.
For example:
Moved to the "Received" stage on 03/01/2021
Regardless of the current stage of the process, go to the stage "Closed" 07.03.2021

At the "Received" stage, write down the action "Set the date of execution (completion) of the process" as the current date of the process + 7 days. Next, at the same stage, you specify the action "Fill in the process or contact field" in which you fill in some additional process field (create for the date) the value of the due date ([orderdateto] variable). Then, at each of the possible subsequent stages, add the action "Change business process and stage depending on field values" where you specify to switch to the "Closed" stage if the additional field is greater than [cdatetime] (checking that the date in the additional field has become greater than the current one) .
