Launched a task from a pop-up window of a call to KyivStar

We called from a phone that was not in the database
Created this task from a popup window

but there is no client in the task

although in the window we indicated the name of the client
here is the call related event,
from the pop-up window
we created a task

I need an answer from the developer
because the solution that was found with the help of a colleague,
very much like a crutch that can fly off
with any significant changes on the OneBox side
and the solution is
in this setting admin/shop/settings/translate_internetmagazin/
check the box "Automatically create a contact when creating a process from an unknown call window".

Most likely, you filled out the contact, but did not click save?

1. Clicked on the Save button
2. Just repeat to make it work the same way as when
launching a task on a call from a known contact.
In this case, the task client will be recorded.

If you save the contact, you will have a window that looks like a known contact.
If not, make a video of what you are doing - it will be clearer what is happening and what is wrong.
