When placing an order through the shopping cart and through the Quick Buy button, one business process is created.
How and through what action can you set up different business processes when ordering through the Cart and through the Quick Buy button?

Vitaly, hello, hello Please clarify what is your goal? maybe I'll come up with another solution Option 1: switching process to status, depending on the conditions, the client of which group made an order Option 2: switching process to status, which the current transfers to another business process

Hello. thanks for the offer, but I need orders placed through the cart to fall into the business process, let's conditionally call it Order through the cart, and orders through the Quick Buy button fall into the Quick order business process. Different ways of placing an order - different business processes. Your 2 options don't work.

Vitaly, so the second option literally closes your need but still, why do you want to separate orders into different processes so much: - there are big differences in how you will serve the order? - Do you just need statistics on order types? both options are closed by one process: - in the first case, you make two branches of development; - in the second one, display in the additional field a sign of receiving an order

It is necessary that at the initial stage, when ordering through the quick order button, it would not work. Send notification by email Universal action.

And it would be better that when ordering through the quick order button, Send notification by email would work Universal action, but a different email template was sent to the client than when ordering through the basket.
