The "Saved filters" settings for employees get lost

Guys, I have some kind of lag in my system with the "Saved Filters" functionality. Here is an example: I created filters (in this BP https://our-store.com.ua/app/workflowtype-order/) and provided access to these filters for other employees (see picture). But after that, in other BPs (for example, in this https://our-store.com.ua/app/workflowtype-assembly/) from subordinate employees (here is a link to the employee's account https://our-store.com.ua /app/contact/40845/) access to these Saved Filters is lost (I am attaching a picture from the account display).
