Perhaps I'm wrong, but there is a strong confidence that the "note" in the business process does not work correctly. The fact is that within one client, a note in a business process is duplicated in all client processes.
Correct, please. Logically - each note should be tied to a specific process, and not duplicated for all client processes.

The block in the Note interface is a contact note, not a process note.
In the process, you can use Description, Title
It is also possible to use additional fields with the field type String
