Only show bell notifications from a new client message

Because now notifications about a status change, a new payment, some changes, etc. are coming, and the client could write something, and as a result, all this is lost in notifications. For example, check the box in the business process parameters "Remove notifications about process changes and leave only messages from the client."
How many hours does it take to implement this?

Well, you have requirements.
there is also such setting /app/settings/workflow/ change-comments-not-add-type . But it works for everyone, i.e. there will be no comments.
If you need to mute specific ones for a specific user, you can do it - it will take 4 hours.
