Some processes are not opening

Hello.
For some reason, such a situation began to arise that some orders from customers are not opened (one business process).
And some of them open, while others do not.
Do not open incl. and those processes that are closed.
The first time this happened was a few days ago. The closed process did not open. After some time (after a few hours) it opened. Now everything has repeated itself, but not only with closed processes, but also with some open ones. Employees cannot work.
What could be the reason?

All these processes are at different stages. But it is strange that a closed process, which is at a stage where no checks at all take place, i.e. there are no repetitive actions... this process does not open either.

The problem is the following:

In the document viewing block, all documents are converted, including to pdf, the convector program cannot download this link for a long time and crashes due to a timeout. Then the next document and again a timeout crash and so on several times in each process and you cannot open it.
How to decide:
1. ALWAYS correct your templates. Such a link is or was in at least 15 templates. Total crooked documents 8000+
2. After completing the first step, you can use the script to correct all your documents in order to insert the correct link simply with a link to the project. It will take about 2 hours to finish.
wkhtmltopdf crashes on timeout if it tells you something.

We just made the necessary changes for us and did not insert any links.
We insert a logo into the documents, and as far as I can see, if you remove this link, the logo is not displayed, i.e. as I understand it, the link was originally inserted into the template by the developers to display the logo?

The problem is solved by changing links to the correct one in all 15 templates and 8k documents. After the change, all previous photos, logos, etc. will be displayed and the process will open

It turns out that orders for all legal entities do not open. You probably didn't go through all the documents with the script.
Those. for legal entities, in addition to invoices and other things, we also issue invoices for payment (document template with id: 2). You probably missed them.
Accounting requires access ... because. they need to open orders and look at the documents there.

These old templates are not used in those orders that do not open. But we can't even check right now. No one is allowed into the system. Concerning your new question: you need not to make mistakes when entering passwords. The user is given 10 attempts to enter a password per hour, if you enter the wrong password for the 11th time, you see an error. What to do: enter the correct passwords during authorization.

I told you about links like /admin/shop/document/templates/3/control/... in this document, a link from /admin/shop/document/templates/2/control/... I hope the difference is clear. In the remaining 300 documents, references are no longer with 2, 3, but with other numbers. Therefore, the old script did not work on them because it was written for your specific error. I did not expect you to be creative and insert other crooked links into other templates.
