OS - Bug - Procedure button
Until the button is displayed in the process and is not pressed at least once, the button in the universal block does not work at all.
If you press the procedure button at the bottom once, then it starts working in the univ block. But if you remove the button from below, then again the bug gets out.
You deduce some functions ahead of time, without testing them to the end apparently. We're not beta testers after all...
