Order error? 500 error

Good afternoon. You configured the bp incorrectly, namely: it jumps from the status "Received to the warehouse" to "Awaiting delivery" and so on ad infinitum. Due to the fact that it jumps from status to status, you get a lot of transition history - several thousand at first glance, your server does not have enough memory to display them all and you get a 500 error. What to do:
1. Understand why the PSU is jumping, fix the error.
2. Create a new order in which there will be several thousand transitions
You can also clear the navigation history after the first item, it will take about an hour.
