We have a complex integration with 1C and we are not ready to "put" the work of the sales department due to failures in the exchange. At the same time, we need improvements that will work on the OS. And to refuse me just because I do not rush into the pool with my head, but at the same time I pay for 10 licenses - this is strange, to say the least.

You said that you will find out how much the transfer can cost and whether we will be able to work in the test base after the end of the test period, if everything works out for us as it should. I need a test period on a working basis, otherwise we will not be able to test integration with 1C.
