Actually a counter question - why are you launching an action with an empty field? Some clients fill out only the required fields on purpose - and search only for the completed ones. As a solution - before the action, you can use the action "Stop performing the following actions when conditions are met" before the action and specify in it a check for filling the field

From the site, from 1 to 5 options can arrive, and depending on them, you need to add the required number of products. I solved the issue, with the action "Fill the process field" I fill it with the value "1" only if the field is empty and then the values \u200b\u200bare not the same and the product does not add
