Action Add comment from subprocess or parent process to current one copies even deleted comments

On the example of the process https://crm.hlr.ua/admin/customorder/issue/3409491/edit/. At the current stage Call the client, the action http://joxi.ru/zAN3beVc83QO6r is set, the comment is added, which was previously deleted in the parent process. Why does the comment keep being added? Can this be fixed?

Comments do not have an entity such as "Deleted" - their content can be deleted.
