If the action is automatic, then it must be in automations (they are launched in the crown).
Let's go the other way of searching - is there an example of a process that was created (perhaps there is a record in the history where the process was created)?

Unfortunately, I do not see any automation for creating processes for an incoming call.
There are automations https://krx777.crm-onebox.com/admin/auto/action/minute/edit/ "Create a process based on a missed call" and "Turn a call into a process" - but they are disabled.
And in the process creation blocks from the incoming call window - there you need to manually press the creation button.

The specified webhooks (/ringostat/push/ and /ringostat/push/end/) only register calls in the system. There is no creation of processes directly in them.
