Action Add products from one process to another, setting only selected items, pulls not only selected ones

In the procedure https://crm.ohrana.ua/admin/shop/workflow/35/procedure/656/?status=0, the action Add products from one process to another is configured - only selected positions, when you open the process for the first time and click on the specified procedure Boxing pulls not only the selected positions, but also some more
On the example of the process https://crm.ohrana.ua/admin/customorder/zakaz-postavshchiku/1979617/edit/, the process was opened and some positions were already selected for it http://crm.ohrana.ua/admin/customorder/zakaz-postavshchiku/1979617/edit/ , but even if the checkboxes are changed to other goods, NOT only selected items fall into the created process. Please check why?
I also noticed that this situation is only after creation, if now you fill in all the checkboxes, uncheck them, save them, etc., then everything will be ok and the process will be created only for the positions selected by the checkboxes

Yes, I saw that I specifically displayed the Select by value column, but why does everyone automatically have a value in the Select field when creating a process?
