Serious puncture, the fix took 2.5 hours of working time - all this time of downtime for order picking, order confirmation, etc. On September 14, there was a failure in general with placing orders - only our losses were about 10 thousand UAH of lost orders. I understand that no one is responsible for this. Is there any way to insure against such global failures?

Since Friday, for some users, it is still not clear why the error "Editing additional fields is limited by access rights"
Disabled procedures and actions, the problem remained. When the system administrator clicks "Save" - the problem goes away ... I have to constantly click on the users' requests to Save so that they can continue to work .... help me figure out what's wrong with the system ...
