Now, the checkbox in the field does not jump by itself, fixed.
But there is one more problem, namely: if you set the display condition (as it is now shown in the video https://youtu.be/D9QAZkFufsU), then logically, this field should be hidden, but it is not hidden.
Also, since this field is one in the block, I think it should hide the block itself, but I could be wrong.

Because NULL (the field is empty after all) is not equal to lowercase 0
The simplest solution is if you check equals for emptiness - then the block will be hidden
