OS: Bug in the "Conditions for displaying fields" functionality

But there is one more problem, namely: if you set the display condition (as it is now shown in the video https://youtu.be/D9QAZkFufsU), then logically, this field should be hidden, but it is not hidden. Also, since this field is one in the block, I think it should hide the block itself, but I could be wrong.
