BUG: problem with creating interface in Custom Grid mode

I'm watching from several boxes at once.
AS IT IS NOW
When we create a new interface, we can:
1. No new rows are added when clicking Add Row
2. When we add a column, we can adjust its width, BUT
3. You CANNOT adjust the width of existing columns

4. When the interface was saved, the problem with not being able to change the column widths arose again.

Please fix the existing problem, as it prevents the system from being configured.
