BUG displaying a subprocess in the "subprocess block" block

1) there is a process in which there is an interface block "subprocess block" - https://askoart.1b.app/34988/
(The interface block does not specify a limit for displaying subprocesses.)
2) It should show the subprocess, but it does NOT = https://askoart.1b.app/34990/
Original question is available on version: ua

Answers:

maybe because it is confidential? For example, I was not allowed into the process by the specified https://askoart.1b.app/34990/

Yes indeed, but for me it is open.
That is, those people who have access to it should see it, right?

Shouldn't it work like in the process list or calendar, if it's a confidential process, it shows that the process exists, but there's no display of fields and no way to switch for those who aren't in the observers?

What is the estimate, the amount of refinement, to be able to display confidential processes?
That is, those who can see it as usual, and those who can't, it shows that there is a process but no data is displayed?
