Urgent, the action "Add contacts to the Process Contacts tab" has stopped working again

The "Add contacts to the Process Contacts tab" action has stopped working again.
This bug has been fixed more than once, but it keeps popping up again and again.

The symptoms are all the same:
I specially recreated everything on a test BP.

At the "add contact to process contacts" stage, set the action and specified the settings

created a second contact for the test and assigned it the same value of the additional field https://dai-spisat.1box.link/app/contact/848/
But when you move to a stage, the action doesn't work.
Moreover, if I check the "Clear contact list before executing action" box in the action settings, it also does not work and does not delete contacts, which may indicate that the action is not launched at all.
I ask you to correct the error very urgently, as this is very important.
All automation is tied to this action, without it nothing works.
