Switching the stage provided that the checkbox is checked

Good afternoon.
Please tell me how to implement switching the power supply stage.
When the order is received by the client (when the TTN NP stage is changed), we transfer the BP stage to “Received by the client” automatically. Next, there is a need to check whether the additional field is active, and if the checkbox is enabled, then transfer the BP from the “Received by the client” stage to another stage, tell me what action can be used to implement this?

Good day!

Maybe my answer will help you :)

Action 1. - "Stop the execution of the following actions when the conditions are met" - check the check box to see if it is there, and also stop the execution of the next action 1 (the field is empty, there will be no automatic transfer to the stage).

Action 2. - "Switch to a stage instantly" - if there is a check mark, it will automatically switch to another stage.

Configure it like this, then if the tick is on, the stage will be automatically changed to another, without a tick it will remain at the same stage.

Have you set the 2nd action to automatically switch to the stage you need?

At the BP stage "Received by the client", set 2 actions.

After automatic transfer to "Received by the client", there will be a check for a tick, if there is one, the stage will automatically transfer to another.

Yes, we did everything as you described, 2 actions are enabled and added, but it does not transfer to the stage when the checkbox is on, and in fact, even when it is off.

It's very strange, I set it up like this in myself, and everything works.
You can also try the "Change process and stage depending on the field values" action, or wait for an answer from a more experienced user :)

Good afternoon.
Have you tried using the action "Change a business process and stage depending on the fulfillment of conditions for the values of several fields"?
You can check the condition using the additional field once a minute and if it is fulfilled, switch to the specified stage.

The checkbox has the value 1 (enabled) and 0 (not enabled). Change the check taking into account this information and everything will work correctly.
