The setting in the action "Send an SMS N minutes before the scheduled date", namely "Send a message only 1 time", does not work.

The action works correctly One notification is sent only once. The text of your notification changes, so it is considered different and sent again. Using the example of number xxxx2592, there were 2 messages with different texts

in fact, if you look at records 312-320, you can see that the messages did not change, as did the numbers, but were sent every minute.
