Fixed to work when editing a process.
The procedure does not work when a payment is attached to the process. For example, we link a payment to a process through the "Payments and cash register" application, or we transfer an expected payment to an active one through the "Expected payments" application.
Why does the system not recognize the payment link as a process edit?
What can be done to make the procedures work when we bind the payment?
Can one payment be tied to two processes at once?

no, to do this you can split the payment into 2 and link its different parts to different processes.
