The action Copy the value of the additional field of the product of the process to the additional field of the process does not work

The goal is to add the Customer to the process based on the value from the additional field of the product of the process with the type Contact Directory.

We have:

- an additional field of the process product with the type Contact directory

- an additional field of the process with the type Directory of contacts.

We use the action Copy the value of the additional field of the process product to the additional field of the process to copy the value that is written in the additional field of the process product.

The action does not work at all.

I tried to use it in the stage and in the procedure.

That is, the value from one field is not copied to another.

Example in this problem https://icbe-english.1b.app/23/?tabid=21

Please help to solve the existing problem.

Perhaps there is another solution, how to add the desired Customer to the task from the additional field of the process product.

Good day.
There is more than one option for copying the process client from the process product subfield. You can try, in order not to deviate far from your logic, change the fields you use (so as not to copy fields of the "Contact Directory" type) - add the product field of the process and the process of the Integer type, and do the following three actions - https://i .imgur.com/c16FKv7.png - copy the Contact Directory subfield into the Integer type subfield (so the system will extract the client ID), then transfer it to the process field, and fill the Client field from it.
Such an example solution should work.

Thank you sincerely
Checked this option
If you manually select a contact in the additional field with the Directory type, then the three actions from your description work well and everything is OK.
But the fact is that we need to do all this automatically.
The picture is as follows:
1. We have a fictitious product in which the full name of the Contact who should become a Client is written.
2. We write this value in the additional field with the type Contact directory.
3. The PROBLEM is that the value is copied, but the name value is not actually extracted from the directory.
That is, it does not work, because it is forced to use the previous action
As a consequence of this PROBLEM, nothing changes and in fact there is no solution.
