We use the action Check the availability of products in the warehouse to switch the task to Procurement, since there are not enough products.

At the same time, it gives an error, as on the screen

It's very likely that the box is seeing a partial balance in stock and is therefore trying to switch to the In Stock status

Although according to logic, you should switch to Purchase, because the product is partially available, and the one that is not, you need to buy additionally.

Please tell me how to fix it so that the task switches to the status, then we create a task for purchasing from the supplier.

The action checks the FULL availability of the product in the warehouse and not just one piece. Accordingly, it shows you an error that the goods are not in the required quantity in the warehouse. There is absolutely no point in checking if there is 1 out of 20 in stock, since in any case you need to buy from the supplier.
