The "process currency rate" is not recalculated

There is such a problem or maybe a bug 1) the interface block in the "process currency rate" process is displayed, the parameters are also included –"Enable rate value editing" – "To list the prices of order products when the exchange rate changes" 2) in the product, the supplier's price in USD ! but when the USD exchange rate changes in the "process exchange rate" interface block, the input price does NOT change. It is interesting that the problem is in the INCOMING process (agreement). If you do this action in the OUTGOING process (order to the supplier), then everything is fine, and the input price changes.
