The action once per hour PromUA / Export products in XLS format (Multi...st) does not work correctly

On the example of product 8577, we can conclude on this action:
1. The value of the additional field by which it determines the product in the unloading is NOT EQUAL to one, but the product is still in the unloading
2. The product is not in stock - but the availability is shown in the price list
3. The price in the system for this product and the price of the product in the price list are different
Please see what is wrong.

Answers:

You have too many product filters, which creates so many columns that the xls creation library can't handle it. The last update of the file was 27.09
Enabled the checkbox to use the old library - the file has been updated and this product is no longer in the download

Question 1 - what does a lot of product filters mean? (a specific value above which the system does not work)
If a product has many characteristics, then there will be many filters.
Question 2. How to increase this number?
Otherwise, it turns out that resources were spent on filling in information about products, but they are not transferred to the prom, because the work is in vain

more filters - more columns will be in the download, for the library that is currently in use - it reaches the limit on the number of columns and cannot form a table. For this, it was necessary to check the box to use the old library, which is slower, but capable of unloading a larger amount of data

I don’t get an error when opening a file either on a PC or in Google Drive

and yet, the file with some kind of error. I open and get a dialog box on opening and functionality limitation. Most likely, this is why it is not loaded into the prom

can someone answer? Here's a bug in action to fix, today is day 11.
I tried to resave the file to check if the prom will load it without an error, but I received a message that part of the data was lost, such a file cannot be uploaded to the prom, since it is not clear what can fly off
