Today, an order http://joxi.ru/EA4YgKvsvGb4jr was sent to box, but the process was not created, the order was generated twice by the client and there are two of them in the logs in a row
I don’t see any problems in the transferred values, when the request was launched through the browser, the process was created, tell me why it wasn’t created at 17-02?

Good afternoon. Any request in the api gives a response after processing, in which everything is written ok or an error occurred. To find out what happened and why the process was not created, you need to send the same request from the same platform in the same form and look at the response. We can also add logs from our side so that the response to the request is written in them, it will take about 1 hour per api method.
