udate is entered into the process whenever it is changed or saved or changed without changing the field values. That is, someone could simply recalculate the price for it or come in to leave a comment or somehow else "touch" it and udate will automatically be entered for the current date.

There is no such filtering for changing fields at the moment, we can improve it if you are interested. It will take about 3 hours. Should I issue an invoice?

Yes, it will look specifically at the change history (the same data as on your second screen, i.e. the order change history). There will also be the ability to filter specific fields to filter only processes for which a specific additional field has changed today

If the multilist stores the id of some entities, you need to send a request to the get method of the corresponding entities and get their "value names" or any other field that interests you
