Using the API with the CRM application to create processes (leads)
Does the system have the ability to interact with the CRM application through an API, so that it is possible to create leads by analogy with creating orders or adding products in similar applications?

The CRM application is not something "separate" it's just a way of displaying normal processes. The process can be created using the api https://app.swaggerhub.com/apis-docs/Bodya44/OneBoxOSapiv2/2.0 using the api/v2/order/set/ method
