When searching for a client, the search goes only to non-remote users and creates a new one if not found. He tries to create a new one, looks that the remote one has such a phone number and does not let him go further. You can solve this, for example, without searching for this field in remote contacts, you can do it in the form of a setting in action - it will take an hour
