How it works «Zvonok» #

The Component allows using telephony directly inside OneBox. You will be able to create processes for calling the necessary company employees. To set up, you will need the telephone campaign ID and integration key.


  1. Adding a call to the call list;
  2. Removing a call from the call list;
  3. Importing events and audio recordings from telephony Call.
