How Diia.Sharing works

The service allows you to carry out identity verification and receive electronic copies of documents or metadata from copies immediately into the company system using the Diia application.

There are several options for sharing documents:

1. Offline. The company representative scans the barcode of the client's digital document, a copy of which he wants to receive. The client receives a request to send a copy of the document in Diya and confirms it. The copy of the document is automatically sent to the company's system. And the metadata from the copy automatically fills the lines in the questionnaire, contract, etc.
2. Offline: The company representative enters the 13-digit code under the barcode of the digital document in Diia, thus sending a request for a copy of the document. The client receives a request to send a copy of the document in Diia and confirms it. A copy of the document is automatically sent to the company's system. And the metadata from the copy automatically fills the lines in the questionnaire, contract, etc.
3. Online. We generate a link with a request for copies of documents. The link can be sent in a convenient way for you: via messenger, SMS or mail. The client follows the link, receives a request from Diya to send a copy of the document and confirms it. A copy of the document is automatically sent to the company's system. And the metadata from the copy automatically fills the lines in the questionnaire, contract, etc.
4. Online. In the personal account, we generate a QR code for receiving copies of documents through Diia. The client reads the QR code, receives a request from Diya to send a copy of the document and confirms it. A copy of the document is automatically sent to the company's system. And the metadata from the copy automatically fills the lines in the questionnaire, contract, etc.
