Good afternoon. We can make a backup to a separate storage - 3 hours. Specify: - what do you want to store: a copy of the database, your files or all databases + files; - how often to make copies (For example: once a day, 3 times a week, once a month...); - how many copies to keep; As I understand it, the size of your storage is 50GB. Your data occupies: DB archive ~ 2.5 GB, files ~ 9 GB.

I confirm, you can issue an invoice

First of all DB. It must be done once a day. The old server had 6 backups. I think it will be enough. Files - once a week 1 archive. Advise whether to store backups on the main server as well? Or just ftp? There are still enough places.

There is enough disk space for today. Backup copies of the database are also left on the main server. Files - archive to store only on ftp.

Good afternoon. The database is backed up on the server, starting at 2:34. Creation time ~ 8 minutes. On ftp, a copy is copied every day, starting at 04:07. Copying time ~ 5 minutes. Files are copied to ftp, once a week, starting on Saturday 05:06. The first time everything will be copied, then only changes will be copied. (if the file was deleted/modified/added on the main server, it will also be deleted/modified/added on ftp)

If it's a question, then yes. Every day a new archive is copied, and the one older than 6 days is deleted.
