The file is not uploaded via ftp connection to update the directory

In the daily automation section, the update (import) of the client directory is configured according to the xml file uploaded to the ftp server. When checking NOT in the OneBox system for the same access details, everything works. However, when checking by the "Check File" button, it does not find anything, and the daily action does not work. The question is, how to check / configure the ftp connection in the system in more detail?
