Well, as it is. In fact, it is possible to prohibit sending a specific SMS only if you go into the database and delete it from a special table. If you specify the phone number to which the SMS should go, I can delete it today as an exception.

Please clarify, we have a report /admin/shop/smslog/ which displays the queue for sending SMS and if the SMS was not sent, you can select it in the checkbox and delete it in the panel. Wouldn't that help in this situation?
As I thought that helped - the main thing is to be in time.

Until the moment of sending, in the report you can see the SMS that are in the queue for sending and their status after sending. So, if the SMS has not yet been sent, there is a checkbox https://prnt.sc/uw9byo next to it, you click on it -> open the panel on the right and there is a Delete item.
This should help in such situations. But I myself would also like to hear confirmation from the developer.
