It is necessary that the same key (for example, "F3" - creating a new order) launches different actions depending on users and/or roles. For example, there is a chain of stores and each store has its own separate BP, and each manager knows that when pressing F3, a new order is created. Now each store has a separate hot key for creating a new order.

Good day. In theory, this can be solved without any modifications. Create one process with one status, in which this process will be created, and then depending on the author (he obviously has a store in his role or somewhere else, where he works, registered) and by this parameter, you can change the BP for this order.

Thanks for the answer, but at the moment, this option is not suitable, because you need to open two different BPs with one key.
