Automatic actions didn't work

we have actions 1 time per day, adds products that appeared in the warehouse (checks that there were 0 of them in the warehouse before and then they appeared) and it did not work for the first time and the reverse action that checks when the product appeared in the warehouse and creates a BP with these goods. they did not work at the same time, a lot of goods arrived and it helps to revise prices on new lots. Yesterday, at the same time, Box was lagging, a couple of times the crowns of the minute for 5-20 minutes did not work, then when saving or editing the product card, there were errors when saving the changes.
