We want to integrate with the fbtool.pro service
Namely, (enable/disable an ad / group / account) depending on the availability of goods in stock.
1. There can be several ads / groups / accounts for one product
2. If there is 0 product in stock (the last unit was written off), we send a request to turn it off
If there are 1 or more items in stock, we send a request for inclusion

- The service turns off Facebook ads. We want to send a request if the availability of the product is gone - turn off the ad, if the availability appears - turn it on.
It is interesting to do without intermediaries (I mean fbtool) such an action, if possible. If not, then through fbtool
