License usage by OneBox employees

Hello!
In the old version, OneBox employees did not borrow licenses when they entered our box.
Now the employee takes the license and we can't work because of it.
In view of the economy mode, we are now paying for two licenses. At the same time, two employees work and a constant exchange with 1C, which also takes up a license.

Answers:

Good afternoon. Employee employee strife. If it's an integrator and it's on your system, it's likely that it will use a license. If for example I, then the license is not used. There may be exceptions when an employee was logged in before switching to os and he logs in using the old session, then he can "eat" one license. But in this case, you can simply throw it out of the box once and when it restarts, if it is a developer, the license will not be used.

If I am not mistaken with the surname, then I threw out Zamogilny three times today, but he still did not understand what I want to tell him :)
It was similar yesterday with Bolotyan.

Bolotyan should eat your license, Zamogilny is not, as far as I understand. Those. it can't be thrown away

I am writing to you that I threw out Zamogilny three times, and you say that you should not eat a license. Should not, but eats.
That is why I wrote to you.

Hello, just checked. DimaZamogiln employee is logged in but does not use a license. Those. problem fixed. Regarding Bolotyan, integrators should eat your license, as far as I know, only developers do not use the license

Then the question is: what did Bolotyan do in our boxing? We do not cooperate with him as an integrator.

You are not responsible for its actions, but OneBox must protect data privacy or not?
Why is it suddenly any passer-by can enter my system? How did he get access?

This is not just any passer-by as you put it, if you want to prevent OneBox employees from accessing your system, you have the appropriate setting in the application.

I know that Bolotyan was a OneBox employee. And this means that he can now have access to the system.
It's a very ugly story. What was he looking for in boxing?
I urge you to look into this matter!
We set up all our processes and integrations for a lot of money, and I really don’t like that using the former (and possibly current) official position, your employees get access to someone else’s intellectual property.

Dear Tamara!
I will try to answer your question in detail.
1. You decide who has access to your box and who does not.
Here https://1b.app/en/partner-access/ is a list of partners who are allowed and you can manage them.
Perhaps, earlier the partner requested access to your box, you allowed it, then they stopped working with him, but the access remained.
If yes - just close access here - https://1b.app/en/partner-access/
2. There are several types of licenses in OneBox:
- client. The user consumes a license.
- for programmers. It doesn't get stuck, only we use it to update your box, to enter it when you ask for it. The list of employees is very limited.
- for integrators. It may or may not freeze the license, depending on whether the integrator meets the requirements before OneBox or not.
---
In general, follow the link https://1b.app/en/partner-access/ to check if SheBo/Bolotyan has access to your box or not.

Few details:
1. https://zhiraf.crm-onebox.com/app/history/?url=%2F&uselikeurl=1&user=389...
The last time Yuri Bolotyan was in your box was in 2020.
2. On this page https://zhiraf.crm-onebox.com/app/employer/online/
In your box, you see all users marked whether they use a license or not.
3. Bolotyan has not had access to your box since 2020.
If you see someone has access and shouldn't
OR
someone is eating up licenses, but they shouldn't
- then please provide a screenshot of this page, we will understand together.

Hello!
Right now we have an employee Maria Neymorovets in the box, who uses a license.
Although it shouldn't be.
I don't want to block staff entry as we leave questions and requests on the forum. But I urge you not to borrow licenses, as we have a limited resource!
