Unable to log in to the office

2. Please describe the full process, how to do it correctly - according to your scheme, I still can't log in, I've already changed my password 10 times.
3. I log in using my ID - I change the password in my account. I log out, try to log in with a new password - it says the combination is incorrect
4. I receive a code from you, enter it, then an email arrives, in which you need to pay attention to the fact that the password is directly in the subject of the letter, and not in the body. At the same time, there are no spaces, it is impossible to understand where the password is, what does it include SN3A1AskS7J7EN7KLIB575inu2QYE-mail: ваиваиваива@gmail.com all of this, or only SN3A1AskS7J7EN7KLIB575inu2QYE for example.
I still don't understand why a few geniuses created this trash for all users - will these geniuses set themselves 123456 or 654321 again, will we always go through 7 circles of hell because of these geniuses?

Now nothing happens through the ID either, because when you click through the ID, the page just refreshes and nothing happens. That's what you did.....

I recommend clearing the cache and trying again, there are no problems with the plan you describe.

Did you log in to the site via phone and change your password on the site? Or do you change it in your mailbox? I don't understand.
If you go to the site, click on your company's box at the top and you will be allowed into your system. Then go to the users and employees application and change your password.

The thing is that when you log in using your ID, for some reason when you log out you don't go to the usual login page for the box, but to another one, and it turns out that I didn't change my password there at all - users, and so far I don't even understand where, when you go to the user profile at the top right - profile settings, and there is also a password there.
