The “Select” action for a product is no longer recorded in process logs

Since 4.09, the “Select” action for a product has stopped being recorded in process logs. If I’m not mistaken, this action occurred when saving the process or when moving to a stage, and exactly after shipment the Select field was unchecked.

Also, it does not record if you check/uncheck the box manually.

Because of this, it is now not clear from the logs at what point the product was added to the process.

Is this a bug or intended changes?

Yes, these are intended changes. Selected fields are not recorded in the history so as not to clutter the change history
