One of the employees does not have access to the box

What can reset an employee's access hourly? Only one card applies, there are no other problems. There is no action on any of the crowns that blocks access.

The history shows that every hour access is reset from "Admin" to "Blocked", url cron (Start checkEmployers) (screen 1). You have to return to the "Employee" level. In the logs there are only records that I raise the level (screen 2).
The employee is kicked out at about 00 minutes, but when he logs in again, he lets in without problems.
Help find the reason for this.

there was a duplicate of contacts by email and the 2nd contact did not have a key - that's why it was thrown away
connected contacts should be ok
