We have 5 licenses, very often it happens that "Online" is 2-3-4 people and it's already impossible to log in, we get a message that you have a limit of 5 licenses. We go to "Users and Employees" and see that there are less than 5 people online, but we still can't log in, we throw everyone out, we launch it and it turns out to log in, tell me how it happens?
