Access to the server console

Good afternoon. Our system (https://onebox.mim.kiev.ua/) is installed on the nginx server. It is currently throwing a 502 error.
Unfortunately, those accesses that you provided us do not work. We can't access the console to check what the problem is.
There was an assumption that there is not enough memory. The memory was increased, but it is not clear whether the system sees this.
Could you send us another access?
And, perhaps, suggest what could be the problem and how to deal with it?

Yes, we managed then to access the console and restart a couple of services that were lying. And we saw the problem with memory. There is almost no free space now. The system worked for a couple of days and now there is no access to it again. The server was restarted, but it gives a 500 error.
The fact is that the guys from Onebox deployed and configured the system for us. Therefore, we would like to receive professional help this time to restore the system and increase available memory.

We take a short pause, let's see what we have with free space in principle, is there room to expand. And then we'll be back for help.
Is there any statistics on how much memory is needed for the system to work? I understand that there is not much memory. But at least the bottom line.
We have not even begun to actively work with the system and have already stumbled over such a limitation.
