you specified TurboSMS - it is not possible to send an image or button in SMS.
If you mean to send a viber message through the action "Send a universal message Viber / SMS Turbosms", then in the body you insert a normal text, you can with variables, and in the button you can add as in the example (put your viber bot to answer)[#$ #]
