Good afternoon. There is no bug here. /admin/shop/users/pultstatus/ here you set up a timer for transitions to the work stage, and after X time it shows a window where you need to continue working.

This window is not a bug, but a standard feature. After X time in pause mode, you are asked to switch to work mode.
